Shipping Policy

Section 1 - How long will it take for me to receive my package?
We divide the time between a customer placing an order and receiving the product into:
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: Starts from the date you pay for your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've completed processing, we can ship it.
Shipping time: 3-7 business days.

During peak periods, processing times and shipping time may be extended.

Section 2 - Shipping Costs

A shipping fee of $3.5 is charged for each order within the United States.

Section 3 - Shipping Methods
Logistics partners: We use FedEx/USPS/UPS to deliver all orders and products.
We currently only offer delivery within the United States, and each order can only have one shipping address.

Section 4 - How do I track my order?
Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, containing delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available.

Section 5 - What to do if your delivery is delayed/package is lost
Our parcels are dispatched by logistics companies, and the logistics status can be tracked in real-time. We apologize for any delays/losses due to irresistible reasons, and we can take the following measures:

A. Maintain communication with our service We do not want to see your package delayed. Please ensure we are aware of the status of your parcel. We will keep in touch with you to inform you of the status of your parcel and explain the situation.

B. Track your shipment in real time
If you notice any delays at any time during the shipping process, you can take action: we can send a replacement package using a faster method. If you are anxious to receive your package due to delays, please contact us, and we may resend the package using an alternative shipping method, depending on the circumstances.

C. Lost package/delivery delays
If you have not received your package after the maximum shipping time, please contact our customer service email. After verification, we will resend the package to ensure your property is protected.

Section 6 - Taxes
We do not charge any additional taxes or fees.
