Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team at support@dillbar.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to recall the package, and a 10% will be applied to cover management costs. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it without any charges.

Order Modifications
We currently do not offer the option to modify an order after it’s been placed. Instead, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one.

Your Responsibility
Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect the items. If they are severely damaged or the wrong items were delivered, please refuse the delivery, note your order number, and immediately contact our customer service at support@dillbar.com.
Note: If the delivery is completed in your absence or the delivery person does not provide enough time for inspection, please sign for the package and write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt.

Return and Refund Policy
We recommend thoroughly inspecting your products within 5 business days of receiving them. A full refund for your original order will be provided under these conditions:

  • The outer packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival.
  • The product itself is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product design is different from what you ordered.
  • The size of the product is different from what you ordered.
  • The material of the product differs from your order.
  • You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • The product differs from the original description.

Note: If you notify us after the 5-day period, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or shipping errors.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns: If you choose to return items that have been delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. You must notify us within 30 days and return the items in their original condition.
We encourage customers to consult our customer service if unsure about product color, size, or usage before making a purchase.
Please note: We only accept returns for unopened packages or items that have been opened but never used, as visible signs of use will affect the product’s resale value.

Exchanges: If you’ve received the correct item but would like to exchange it, please contact customer service first. The shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment will be your responsibility.
Note: Returned items must meet these conditions:

  • The item hasn’t been worn or washed.
  • The item hasn’t been altered.
  • The item isn’t defective compared to its original condition.
  • The original tags are still attached.
  • The item has no major loose threads or defects that weren’t present when received.

Additional Notes
To process a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging. Returns for items not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will honor any warranty claims for clearance products, but we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for them.
Before sending back any items, please contact our customer service at support@dillbar.com to receive return instructions. Once you receive the return address and instructions, pack the items securely and use a trackable shipping service. Send your tracking information or a photo of the receipt to our customer service email. Ensure your return package includes the order details, buyer’s contact information, product quantity, and the reason for the return to expedite processing.
Please do not return items without prior email confirmation, as we will not be responsible for lost returns, nor will refunds be issued.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned items, we will notify you of the refund amount and details. Please note that processing the refund may take up to 3 business days from the time we receive the return. Quick cooperation on your end, such as confirming the refund method and amount, is appreciated to ensure faster processing.

Important Notice
If you have not received your order within 30 days of payment, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a full refund within 3 business days to ensure you do not experience any financial loss.
For non-warranty products, our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, the order will be considered final, and we will not process any refunds or exchanges. Warranty-covered products will follow the return and exchange timeframe based on their warranty period.
We are not liable for any damages or loss incurred during the return shipping process and will not issue refunds for lost return packages. Please ensure you contact us before returning any items, as unapproved returns will not be refunded, and lost packages will be at the customer's expense.
